New Paintings

Trying something a little different with my paintings.
These are acrylics on canvas, instead of wood.
I tried layering old paper and music before sketching the faces and painting them. A little different then my other bambinos.

I love these! What an interesting idea to try - I think it adds a fascinating layer of depth painting over the papers.

I really like the paper showing through the paintings ... it gives a very ethereal - or temporary? - look to them.

Good idea!
